Children’s Ministry Mission Statement
To Glorify (Worship) Jesus Christ as we love and encourage children to Know Him personally (Prayer);
Grow in Him (Disciple, teach);
Serve Him consistently; assist them in Sharing Him with others.

CORE VALUES OF CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES
-
We believe prayer is important and will teach and train our children to pray.
-
We believe the Bible is God’s Word and is the most important source of life for our children.
-
We believe that every person is created to worship the Creator, therefore we will teach our children how to worship in song and action.
-
We believe the church is made up of people all around the world, so missions will be a part of children’s ministries.
-
We believe that biblical character traits such as love, joy, peace, etc. are important and we will seek to develop these traits in our children.
-
We believe everyone needs to know Jesus as their Savior so we will teach our children how to share Jesus with the world.
-
We believe in the Holy Spirit and the gifts He wants to give to all of us as believers.
-
We believe it is important to teach our children about who God is and not just what He has done.
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED IN MINISTERING TO CHILDREN?
As a continually growing ministry, we are always looking to build our team of those who minister to children. Opportunities are available as often as once a week or as little as once a month. We have teaching and helping positions available. Whatever age you prefer working with, from infants to 6th graders, we have a place for you!
If you are a committed Christian who has attended Klamath Christian Center for six months or longer and you have a desire to minister to children or experience a child’s joy, please call the Children’s Ministry Office at 541-882-4646, ext. 109.
